    Hi 'space_ll',
I saw your comments about Outstanding Investments under the Stansberry discussion and was wondering if
Justice Litle is still with that newsletter or has he been replaced? The latest mailing I have doesn't mention him
but does mention Kevin Kerr and Byron King as the editors. Have you seen a difference in results if there has
been a change? Is it still as good as before? Better?

Kevin Kerr and Byron King are the current editor of OI. I think Justice last issue was march 2007.

sorry Dan I wasn't around when you asked your question to me....

OS is still good as b4, the format is about the same, Kevin Kerr and Byron are good but "Bill Bonner" is the man!!!, he's the one who started Agora and he was the editor back in '98 when I joined O.S.

Bill was talking about oil and gold and all kinds of plays that nobody was concerned about back then , I would still be poor right now if it weren't for Mr. Bonner, I'm still holding stocks that I bought in 2000 that he recommended and still has buys on them now, I'm not sure? but I think Bill is behind the seens on OS still ?...the format is always the same and the picks are usually all safe long term picks. you can get a free e-letter "The daily reckoning" Agora has gotten huge and allot of it is expensive, I don't subscribe to any of it, except OS.
I made my bread and butter from that O.S NL, but it was a long slow ride of 10 years, but everything Bill Bonner said 10 yrs ago has been coming true over the pass 10 years..

I'm into the faster small caps now, but I leave the main chunk of my money in the long hall stocks.

I haven't paid much attention to OS lately when they give a recommendation? I just read it and if it sounds good and I do a little DD on it and if I like I buy 5k worth and forget about it, Just read the letter every months. I've been spending most of my time with small oil and gas plays ...it keeps me on my toes.

O.S is good for long term buy and forget about it for the most part, but you cant go wrong with them as far as I'm concern. My hunch is bill Bonner still over sees O.S no matter who is the current editors, which is Byron and Kevin as of my October report. this month they recommend a $45 stock ....I'm not going to buy that one because I know it will be long term and $5k will only buy 110 shares

I don't know if Bonner is behind the scenes but I haven't seen any major changes in thier returns. Kevin Kerr has been involved in the newsletter for quite a while now and his ivestment style is similar to Litle. Byron King really seems to know his stuff when it comes to oil and gas. Overall I am still please with this one.

I don't really know anything about Justice Litle, but received a new come-on from Taipan that is claimed to be his work. He talks about a mysterious C.M. who is a manager of hedge fund that in not well known, but specializes in IPOs, particularly ones that are doomed to failure. His "confidential" message is that if you sign up, you will get the same inside Wall Street information about which IPOs to short and which ones to hold. Here is the final few paragraphs for your review ( I also intend to repost this message as a new topic since it sounds so much like a scam, but the respondents to this topic seem to favor Mr. Litle.):

    >>And that’s why IPO Confidential won’t be just about shorting IPOs.

No. In fact, I’ll clue you in on some great new issues that you can take part in that could make you some huge gains straight up!

    I’m talking about companies like:

Mastercard (MA): A 720% increase on its IPO price in two years…

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE): A 650% run-up on its price since its IPO…

Chipotle Mexican Grill (CMG): 604% in gains seen on this stock before its second birthday…

China Medical Technologies (CMED): 283% in gains on a company that few investors had ever heard of…

First Solar Inc. (FSLR): Quite possibly one of the top 10 IPOs of all time, investors could have seen a maximum gain of 1,485% from its IPO price…

SunPower Corp. (SPWR): At its peak, ground-floor investors were sitting on gains of over 816%…

You see? You CAN play this game both ways. All you need is a filter to show you which IPOs are worth your time and which are just another piece of Wall Street’s “big lie.”

With IPO Confidential that’s exactly what you’ll get.

You have a one-time window of opportunity before you at this moment, and I urge you to take it...

Now’s Your Chance to Pay Back
Wall Street for Its Lies… Don’t Waste It!

To tell you the truth, when I received C.M.’s e-mail 48 hours ago, I could hardly believe he was willing to go through with this.

I honestly didn’t think he would trust enough people for a service like this to become a reality. But I assured him that I could put together a select circle of profiteers who would be up to the task.

I think you’ve got what it takes to be included on the list for the info inside this brown envelope I’m carrying.

And if you decide to become a member of IPO Confidential you can remember this day as the one when you finally decided to stop eating the lies that Wall Street brokers were feeding you and started using their own bull against them to make some serious money.

One more note before I hit “Send” on this letter…

As C.M. said in his e-mail to me, he debated with himself a hundred times whether or not to mail this information out.

He’s decided to do it, and I hope that you take into account the risk he’s taking by doing so.

Please, I cannot stress enough the need for secrecy on everything I’ve just told you about him, or any of my sources in the future.

Whether you’re able to register your name in time to become a member or not, I’ll ask that you please do not share this information with anyone.

I’m hoping that you do join me on this venture. In fact, I’m confident enough to say it could be the most profitable decision you’ll ever make.

You’ll be hearing from me soon…

    Sincerely,
    [Justice Litle's Signature]
